The reason for the delay was that the one who was providing the scans for the scanlation group had some problems with her scanner/other hardware (from what I hear), and the reason you haven't seen any new chapters until now is because the ones who uploaded new chapters on mangahelpers for public access (Raw-Paradise) stopped at around what we have translated now and then took off all their chapters from the site.
The last scanlation to be released around the time of the actual publication of the chapter in Shonen Sunday is Chapter 37 in July 12. Assuming there were not any delays on the author's side in between, the series should actually be around chapter 49, give or take a few. |

Ask someone who subscribes/orders Shonen Sunday if you're really that eager. PKR and adinuyasha won't provide you their own personal scans without good reason, apparently.
