I enjoyed the God Child series. There aren't very many similarities other than the supernatural being throughout the manga and people bringing about their own downfall in some of Count Cain's supernatural cases. The art is gorgeous. In the Earl Cain series Cain is drawn younger, but in GodChild he is drawn older (and hotter IMO).

Try a manga called Hyakkiyakou Shou. (Pandemonium). It's awesome.

Anyway the thing that I noticed between Kuroshitsuji and Petshop of Horrors is that the way both authors make their characters are quite similar. Though I only noticed Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji and Count D have almost the same personality nyehehehehehe~!
