I don't. But for some stupid reason, some major KuroFai fans found out I didn't support it and started leaving hate commentso n my youtube profile -_-' Anyways, tell me if you do or don't. It's not like i hate that pairing, I just don't think they are in love. And yes, I know the whole CLAMP thing about two guys and yaoi...yadayadayadayada.....

I really, really don't... I think they make excellent friends, and I love their interactions, but romantically...? I just don't see it.

I never liked them as a couple. But then, I always saw them as fangirl fodder. I knew from the start that CLAMP would pile on the subtext and the fangirls would cream, but without ever stating anything explicit. To me, it comes off as typical CLAMP pandering (I am generally a fan of CLAMP despite this big tendency) and I just don't buy into it. It feels forced. I don't like Watanuki/Doumeki for pretty much the same reason. That's my 2¢.

Okay, Here is why I don't support KuroFai:

Personally, I believe that Kurogane has never had that kind of thought in his life. Not towards Fai, not towards anyone else. Ever. Sorry fangirls, it's not gonna happen. Never. He has more chance of dating Tomoyo.

And Fai, I think he's bi-sexual, but the only thing I believe he thinks towards Kurogane is friendship. Fai, dispite my beliefs, does not like Kurogane romantically at all. Purely friendship, and someone to make fun of.

That's just terrible. =( There is rabid fans for every fandom. Just try your best to ignore them.

I think it's obvious what side I'm for, but I'm not here to debate. Just to see what the other side of the spectrum is.

In fact...my beliefs when it comes to Kurofai are actually more leaning towards the friend-side when it comes to canon. Friends is such a weak word though... can't we use bond? Whenever I think of friends I think of two people that talk to each other sometimes for the sake of convenience, and you hang out with them a lot. Bond is more of.. having a connection with somebody (not necessarily romantic) but a connection with intertwining fates, an example of this being the 'E' and 'Bait.'

I support pairings mostly on a 3 point checklist:

1) Is there some evidence in canon?
2) Do they have an interesting relationship, of any kind, that clicks well? (Can be enemies, friends, whatever.)
3) Is there good fanfiction written about them?

The third is the most important because I am a big reader of fanfics and can be persuaded easily by them. There are several pairings that I was full out against, but then I came across a great fic that made it seems logical and turned me into a believer. So, the fanfic aspect is crucial.
And kurofai gets some really good fanfiction. Lots of bad stuff too, but also lots of good stuff, and the types of fics that I love most. That's 85% of why I'm a kurofai supporter.

I can certainly understand the people who don't dig it, so I don't go around bashing people who don't like it. (That's just stupid- who cares if someone hundreds of miles away doesn't like the same pairing as you?) I do get annoyed when people claim there is no evidence for kurofai, because there is plenty that CLAMP purposely scatters around because slashy fanservice is a great way to draw readers and oodles more in the subtext.

But if you don't like it or don't believe in it, whatever. I'm not going to get my panties in a twist over it. It's enough that you're a fellow Tsubasa fan.

I know it's typical of Clamp to have yaoi couples in their stories, what is more, I love them (now Wata/Dou is my favorite couple) but I could never see them as a couple. I read a lot of comments about them trying to change my mind but I still see them as friends. I have no doubt they love each other but for me, it's not in a romantic way.

I can see a connection, I can see a bond, I can see some romance.

And I think it's just so adorable.

Ruins everyone else's rep as part of the fan base. Plus, it's just immature. (I only act that immature with my friends, and am always joking.) I'm really sorry that happened to you. You don't deserve hateful comments.

And just to add on:
I can't see Kurogane and Tomoyo together, even if we kick Fai out of this thing and pretend he never existed. Mainly because Tomoyo in CCS was in love with Sakura and CLAMP doesn't usually change 'soul mates'. (And Tomoyo seems like a single gal to me anyway!

I'm a KuroFai fan too Although sometimes their relationship looks only platonic, I believe they would actually form a really nice couple.

It's awful they did that to you.... And for such a childish thing! It's fangirls like them that ruined normal yaoi fans reputation! Everyone has different opinions, people should just grow up and understand that, instead of starting to flame or bother people like that.
You have my support! Don't let such people bother you so easily.
