lol, that was kinda cold. If i hadn't watched the anime I wouldn't have read/been interested in/even heard of this manga. The anime is good, for those who haven't watched it, doing so wouldnt be a disappointment. Given though that certain things dont happen EXACTLY the same as the manga shows (in flash backs that far) but its still good, and gives the basic idea of how everything went bad.

yes thats true it does, and as far as animes go it was good, BUT the major flaw...the manga is better, and watching it first kind of makes a bias towards yomi and kagura that would not be there before hand, which is why we have lots of yomi fans here that are over joyed with the yuri tones....

Manga are almost always better, i watch the anime first only because i didnt know of the manga, personally i thought yomi was messed up, but ken is far better partnered with kagura. meh, i like both seprately regardless.

I agree with you... The anime was a disappointment for me. The manga is way better.

I agree as well. I actually never finished the anime because I just lost complete interest in it. When I found this manga though, it caught my attention and I got hooked on the first few chapters. The manga isn't that important and just starting straight from the manga is completely fine. Really the only reason to watch the Anime is if you want to understand Kagura's past more.

PS: The Anime is called "Ga-Rei: Zero"
