I read chaperters when they come almost every week, i've also started wacthing some real boxing, and i really compare alot.
How about you do you box or did start wachting boxing 'cause of the Hajime on Ippo series.
(Did you see the WBA fight Mikkel Kessler against Perdomo in super middel it was an aversome fight.

me too it like making me excite to fight then i start boxing instead of street fight since boxer has more experience in fighting than most people i fight. if you want to create a thread on a series and not the arena and others stuff. look at the word discussion on top of all the thread look to the right you see it say go to forum. go there then click the the one that say new thread then just start your thread.

I tried watching real boxing but I still just can't get into it. In the series it explains techniques for me but I just can't get past just two men hitting each other in real life. I do know some of the moves are over exaggerated and not possible in real life. Doesn't stop me from liking the manga!

Yes, I started watching boxing after I read this manga. At first I didn't enjoy it because it was boring, but after a while I really started to like it. I still find the matches I've seen on tv boring though. If you really want exciting fights, then watch, Mike Tyson's fights from his prime, and other boxers like, Rocky Marciano, Marvin Hagler and, Muhammad Ali etc.

yea me too i really like hajime no ippo and cuz of that i really like boxing. i always watch manny pacquiao's fight and he reminds me of ippo

ippo got me into boxing so much that I've started goin to a boxing gym when i first saw real boxing i was disappointed cos it's nothing like it is in ippo then i saw manny pacqiuao floor ricky hatton in the 2 round now I'm hooked

I actually got into Hajime no Ippo because I was boxing at the time. Walking around in Best Buy on evening looking at the anime section and ran across the first DVD of it and ended up buying it right there not knowing what it was been hooked ever since and obviously I'm a big fan of boxing.
