Its not that this new Yoshimori isn't cool and I know Yoshimori is still in there somewhere judging by the new chapter's action but I really prefer Yoshimori as a sweet, gullible, adorable little boy!

I think that Hoshino does this on purpose. During battle he's all intense and cool, but in everyday life he's the Yoshimori that we all know and love. After this arc, he'll be back to making cakes and being innocent before you can say 'Kagemiya doesn't do anything.'

or it can follow the foreboding path it seems to be going and he gets consumed by his alter/inner ego.. i mean it's kind of obvious it's going that way with the warning he received about going too far into blank state and how he is trying to attain power to fight the enemy. and i think it's sexy ;3

oh yes and i hope this isn't the last arc of kekkaishi cause i have to read the chapters after the kokuborou arc and catch up to the recent ones that i've been reading with hiura so fingers crossed there's more after this

previously i thought that the blank state might endanger him...but the last few chapters have been informative...actually the blank state give's him (purify) 100% efficient usage of his enormous power...

the thing that worry me now is...karasumori...the other immortal...

Well, personally, I love it when Yoshimori becomes either enraged, calm, powerful, hurt [haha, sounding a bit sadist?] I guess it's because I feel those emotions are more powerful then the usual love and happiness? To be honest, I didn't really like Yoshimori in the first 20 chapters or so. But now, I love both sides of him. It would be interesting to see if he gets consumed by his inner/alter ego But right now, I want to see interaction between Karasumori and Yoshimori~

omg i so agree with uu! i8 also love him tyat new cool angry powerful wayyyy he seems to exeed the limits its awesome! and thik at the beggning of this manga he was to much of a clutz, cannot wait to yoshimori and karasumori show down ;DDD
