The only scanlator is a single good semaritan named tonigobe so we can't ask for him to be unreasonably fast. But the good news is on his website he lists volume 3 chapter 19 as his current project so probably won't be too long. Tonigobe you are awesome =)

are you allowed to release his site? so that we may check it out/donate to him? he shouldnt have to do this, because he likes it and wants to share it, or whatever his reasons may be... he should earn something for his hard work :I.
