Hi, apparently i've sent the chi translator test to Koiya already [which was quite a long time ago] and there was no reply, so does it mean that im not qualified?

No, it probably means that she was particularly busy at the time and either didn't get to your test, or did and forgot to let me know. You've only been on the site just over a month though, so you might want to participate more in our community before you join Angry Candy. That's not a prerequisite though, and I'll ask Koiya now about your test. (She's changed her name now, but it has special characters, so I can't type it.)

No it doesn't mean your not qualified. I'm sure I replied to you as I remember writing the pm to let you know that the translation was good however we don't have any projects for a Chinese translator at the moment and that I would like you to look for something you would be interested in working on and letting us know about it.
(not sure why you didn't receive it >.<)

I've been pretty flat tack so I didn't have time to go over your application right away sorry if it caused you any inconvenience.
