Well, that's a hard choice since I don't remember many great mangas' name so I'm left with two mangas that have really inspired me:
Ashita no Ousama and 1999 Shangai. Both are awesome, romantic and have such authentic emotions that you can't stop from reading. These are the best manga so far that I've remembered. There are many others but these two seem to clash with the word 'best' Seriously, nothing is better than them(IN my mind)

Trigun Maximum - Yasuhiro Nightow
Hydra (or just the whole Rules Universe, but Hydra and its djs were especially good) - Miyamoto Kano Under the Sakura Tree (2 pages) - Miyamoto Kano Berserk - Kentaro Miura (I would like to read this again, but I can't find it anywhere) Eros in the Stoic (2 pages) - Yoneda Kou Oh and Hanatsuki Hime by Hibiki Wataru was also really good, but I would put it in my top 5. Mars by Fuyumi Soryo is my favourite shoujo.

I take the first Mangas I remember ^^" Angel Sanctuary Loveless 1/2 Prince Shitsurakuen Its easier for me to choose Mangaka.. (The two last ones are quite new, but i already love them !)

  and its still so good even now then i read naruto and card captor sakura . then i began to love CLAMS 's products i love CLAMPS so much
