Since I don't know if you will se my post reply or not, I figured I would clear up the little Clannad Kyou/Nagisa/Tomoya understanding.
Kyou's Ending was a seperate OVA that served as an Alternate Ending to the series for the people that did not like the TomoyaxNagisa pairing. It was an entirely seperate universe. They had one for Tomoyo as well at the end of the first series. So Nagisa was not even introduced in that series. Entirely different storyline.
