The part where Ikuto left was ruined, too. He was there in the last episode of the second season, but then BOOM! He's in Europe. What's up with that?
It made me really mad too! I was hoping for a conversation or something, but the "kiss" was just out of the blue and too quick. What do you think of the new season? It's a little too childish in my opinion, but it's ok. I like the anime, just not the Puchi Pucchi episodes and all of that >.<
